Important Information

Please note, some of our products are built to order, with the lead time on manufactured items is 2/3 days turnaround. If the item is in stock and readily available, we will dispatch immediately via our next day courier service. For Next Day delivery, we process orders received by 12pm, otherwise items are dispatched the next day working day. If you require an item urgently, please contact us to ensure your order is processed quickly.   

Shipping goods to Europe, Northern Ireland & Internationally
Please note: Our couriers are experiencing delays with delivery times in some parts of the Country, Europe & Internationally. This is due to high volumes of shipments, Covid-19 closures & increased border controls. Therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed so please allow at least 48 hours before contacting us. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

Requirements for all Shipping documentation:

Europe - An EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification number) and a VAT number (Value Added Tax number).

Northern Ireland - An XI EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification number) and a VAT number (Value Added Tax number).

If these, are not provided, extra costs will be incurred.

Shipping Costs:

All costs quoted are for freight only.
All shipments will be accompanied by a commercial invoice, which will clearly indicate the Incoterms. (This indicates who is responsible for paying for and managing the shipment, insurance, documentation, customs clearance, and other logistical activities).
Prices exclude any Duties and/or Taxes imposed, these are payable in the Country of destination.
 

Returns and Cancellations

Any damage or shortage must be notified to Sheerspeed, in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, You have the right to cancel any order you have made with us on our website within 14 days, starting the day of receipt of the goods by yourself or the place where they have been delivered to. This can be done by sending us an email, letter, or giving us a call, notifying us of your intention to cancel. Exercising your right to cancel is deemed to have been made on the day you give us notice of cancellation in whatever form. We will confirm we have received your cancellation notice and of any subsequent actions to be taken where required.  This right does not extend to trade contracts or bespoke goods where we make your order to your specific requirements.

Following cancellation, you will return the goods to us at your earliest convenience or within 14 days of starting from the day after we have confirmed we have received your cancellation notice. The cost of returning the goods is borne by you, the customer.

If you intend to cancel, then you, the customer, are required to return the goods in their original condition and packaging to which you received them and the goods must be unused. We have the right to deduct an amount from any reimbursement if you have opened, used or in any way diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function. What is deemed handling beyond necessary is decided on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have any questions relating to what could be deemed handling beyond necessary prior to your order.

We will then refund you the cost of goods paid at the time of your order, excluding delivery or collection costs, no later than 14 days starting the day after we have received the goods back in our possession, or from the date you send us proof of postage or similar that the goods are on their way back to us. We will notify you when we have received the goods back in our possession or confirm receipt of your return proof of postage. Any refunds due under this section or for any reason will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods.

Please note, there is a 20% re-stocking charge for returned goods and 10% cancellation fee on orders above amounts of £4,000. Goods will be inspected upon return and must be in unused condition and in original packaging - once accepted a refund will be issued to the value of the product minus 20% re-stocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable and goods to be returned at customers cost.
