Shipping goods to Europe, Northern Ireland & Internationally
Requirements for all Shipping documentation:
Europe - An EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification number) and a VAT number (Value Added Tax number).
Northern Ireland - An XI EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification number) and a VAT number (Value Added Tax number).
If these, are not provided, extra costs will be incurred.
All costs quoted are for freight only.
All shipments will be accompanied by a commercial invoice, which will clearly indicate the Incoterms. (This indicates who is responsible for paying for and managing the shipment, insurance, documentation, customs clearance, and other logistical activities).
Prices exclude any Duties and/or Taxes imposed, these are payable in the Country of destination.
When goods arrive and there appears to be damage to whatever degree or there is a shortage, the courier’s receipt note must be marked accordingly. Outlining a full description of the shortage and /or apparent damage.
Any damage or shortage must be notified to Sheerspeed, in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
All goods that have been agreed in writing, for return. Must, within 14 days from receipt of goods be returned. The goods must be in an unused condition. The goods must be dispatched at the customer’s expense, via a track-able courier service and/or Royal Mail’s Special or Recorded delivery services. No refund or exchange, will be made, unless these conditions are complied with in full. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Goods to be returned are at the customers cost.
